This is Open Enrollment for your state benefits (medical, dental, vision, FSA, DSA, Life Insurance) and does NOT include your Voluntary Benefits Enrollment.

Do I have to re-enroll:

👍 Yes, if:

• You want to keep or elect the Waiver General Purpose HRA 

• You want to keep or elect a Healthcare FSA and/or Child and Adult Daycare FSA

• You want to change or enroll in a health insurance plan

• You want to change or enroll in a dental or vision plan

• You want to add or drop dependents

• You want to change or elect an optional life insurance policy for you or your dependents

  
    🚫 No, if:

• You want to keep your current health insurance plan

• You currently have the Waiver Limited Purpose HRA and want to keep it

• You want to keep your current dental and vision coverage

Open Enrollment is also a good time to review and update your life insurance beneficiaries.
